"I am a 5'5", 108 lbs. female with a small bone structure. This pack has been a key to every expedition I've been on, regardless of altitude, weather or terrain. It fits between my shoulder blades perfectly, and comfortably keeps almost 50 lbs centered and low on my hips."

"I'm 4'11" and with my boots on weight 100lbs. This backpack was the only one I found that fit my back length and shoulder width comfortably. I think it's a heavy pack, but don't want to do without the padding. Backpacking in it is sheer comfort. I carry 4 liters of water along with gear and max out the recommended max weight (25-30%) before maxing out the capacity of the pack. Through careful redistribution of gear with my buddy, I still max out the weight before the volume and he will max out the capacity of his pack before his max weight. Word of advice when buying a backpack, take all your gear and your buddy's too!"

"I am 5'4", 114 female and with this pack I was able to carry 40lbs (I know, that's too much) fairly comfortably. I love the outside access pocket and the lid pockets for stuff needed on the hike. The hip belt has given me a little trouble as it tends to twist when I tighten it. Besides that I am very happy with this pack so far."
