"Best tent I have ever seen or used. Especially good for long trips in very nasty weather. A little heavy but is like bringing survival insurance along. I have a Walrus Rapeede, Dana Pattar, Eureka Backcountry, and others. Trango2 rocks them all."

"I've taken this in all sorts of conditions and it's always performed like a champ. It sets up and breaks down easily and once you're inside it's like a home away from home. It's stood up to some fierce Colorado wind in the San Juans with little problem. It makes you WANT to go camping!"

"Great 4-season tent. Two doors (nice), relativley large
vestibule. Slightly stuffy when it's warm out (but it is
a four season tent, so what do you expect?)

I'd buy it again."

"Simply the best. MHW really did themselves in with the production of the Trango. I've taken this thing from 70F to -10F... hot towards the upper end, but most excellent in anything below that. Easy to set up in the dark/cold/wind ANYWHERE. Plenty of space to shove things once inside, no wasted space. I'd buy it again, and could even sell it to somebody who wasn't interested in buying a tent. A++++"

"Fantastic cold-weather tent. It withstands blizzards and I've literally had to dig myself out of it through the snow some mornings, and I have never been concerned about the strength. It does get quite warm inside when the sun is shining, and it is a typical 4-season tent in that i wouldn't want to use it in warm weather, it would be unbearably hot and humid inside.

Lots of room in the vestibule for boots and a pack, though I'm usually on my own so I bring the pack in the tent with me and it is very comfortable."
