"I finally got to try this pack out. I have used an external frame pack for years and this is my first internal. I took this on a weekend Fly Fishing trip. It was very comfortable even before I got everything adjusted right. It got up in the 90's and I had very little sweat on my back. Just a little under the shoulder pads. I was worried about this because this was the one thing I had heard about internal frame packs. The other thing I was worried about was getting to my stuff on the bottom. This was the main reason for getting this pack. It has access to the side and bottom of the pack which makes it very easy to find that thing you put on the bottom. It has a lot of straps to attach things on the outside as well. I was very happy with this pack and look forward to using it for many years. The only thing I did not like and they are trivial. The velcro straps on the side are not big enough to go around my Fly rod. The other thing is I use a Thermarest Pro Lite 4 ground pad and it folds in half and rolls up. It is to short to fit in the straps on the bottom of the pack. I tried to criss cross the straps but it still kept falling out. I unfolded it and rolled it up full width and re attached it and it worked fine."

"Well I usually am a light weight backpacker, but after buying this pack. Well its got extra thick pads, and moves with you. I normally like the 3lb packs but with the separate sleeping bag compartment is very nice so if your doing a thru hike or long trip you don't have to keep compressing your bag. which saves your bag. With extra room for the pro lite 3 to fit inside the pack. I really recommend this pack, because its a very comfortable pack."
