"This is the best four season tent I have ever used. It is sturdy in a
blow and virtually weather proof under the worst conditions.
During summer evenings the fly can be left out offering great
ventilation. On winter camping trips in Canada where the
temperature can fall to 20-25 degrees this tent was so well design
as to avoid the usual snowfall created from condensation
produced by breathing campers. Frozen condensation occurs
mainly on the underside of the fly where it does no harm. It is a
very confortable shelter for two with room to spare for the canoe
camping or winter camping gear. It could be a bit more congenial
for three campers. One negative point is the relative small size of
the vestibule door that makes users feel like contorsionist while
entering and exiting. I would not trade this tent for the world
though."

"I have had the tent for about 8 years now and still beyond satisfied. I have used it thru all four seasons, but no technical mountaineering expeditions. Tons of floor space for two + packs and other gear. Lots of head room too. Bombproof in the wind, rain and snow. (I sealed all the seams on tent and fly just to be safe.) Simple to set up and take down. No tears, zipper failures, leaks or breaks. At almost 9 lbs, I only use it for car-camping or very short backpack trips. Go get a Sierra Designs ultralight tent at half the weight for longer backpacking trips."
