"I have used both the older smooth-finish and newer fleece-finish
versions of the Patagonia expedition weight henley, zip-T and
pants many times and have always been extremely satisfied with
the performance. Excellent insulators while also being fine
wornalone on warmer days. They dry very quickly and will keep
you somewhat warm even when wet. A great product worth the
                            $$$."

"I'm always the first to get cold and used to never get warm enough on truly chilly days no matter what kind of long johns I wore. Until I came across Patagonia expedition weight underpants. Heaven! They kept me warm on many nights as sleepwear and as base layer under my hiking pants when it got cold on the trail. They are comfortable and move with you and best of all they dry in a flash. Had some of them for years now and they are still like new. No pilling. They are pretty expensive but worth every penny."
