"I was willing to pay more for a quality backpack, but many I tried on did not fit correctly. I am 5.5 and a 150 lb young woman. Many woman packs were not fitting properly. This pack has a great fit while also being lightweight. I've loaded up to 35 lbs with no problem. It has all the essential pockets necessary. Additional comments: My back doesn't sweat, good airflow. Plenty of straps. This pack is perfect for a minimalistic hiker (bag, pad, food, water, book, first aid kit, extra pieces of clothing, and a few other little things). This pack would be even better if the lid could be made into a waste pack. It seems like it would not be too difficult. I could do 2-5 nights in this pack if I don't have to pack in all my water."
