this hike kinda starts tough and ends tough . but is well worth it. at the time i lived in victor idaho. so i could do this hike and the rest of the tetons when ever i wanted.any way the trail is well marked and maintained easy to follow. if you plan on campin i suggest waiting till you about to the tree line there are some really great spots right off the trail. when we went there were alota day hikers and we were the only campers. we camped in sight of the summit of table and the grand. you get a very breath taking veiw of the west side of the grand teton and of the valley on the idaho side. i know this is not the best reveiw but its the first ive writen i would rather just share the pictures and let them do the talking so if you want to see some e-mail me . i plan to go back and spend more time on this trail with my 6 yr. old son so if he can do it you can to. depending on time of year i suggest bug spray.

Directions to Hike
go like your going to targhee and turn off into teton canyon follow to the end of the road and your there.this is the trail head for the alaska basin also i think. but like i said trails easy to follow.
