Description
A hardy 5 mile, 4,500 foot elevation gain to the crater rim. From 8,265 feet you can look 2,000 feet down into the always steaming lava dome, or study the crater walls. Views of Mt Rainier, Mt Hood & Mt Adams.

I-5 to Cougar. 503 East to Climbers Bivouac
