Description
We hiked the Highline Trail in July of 2002. Of the 7 days we (2 of use) spent on the trail, we saw no people for four of them. On the other 3 days we saw a pack horse one day and some individuals the other 2 days. The scenery is breathe taking, the water frequent and we sighted plentiful wildlife. The fishing in numerous alpine lakes is also pretty good. The trail generally was over 10,000 feet. The only 'downer' came after Kings Peak where we found numerous sheep grazing operations choking the valleys.

Directions to Hike
We started at Cheptea Lake 45miles NW of Vernal
