The Lonestar Trail winds it's way through the Sam Houston National Forrest with trailheads on FM 1725 and FM 2025. Destinations include Big Creek Scenic area and Double Lake Recreation Area.

Directions to Hike
Go North of Cleveland Texas on FM 2025. Look for Trailheads at various locations along the 15 mile Farm Road.
