Description
Trail is a loop with about a mile of road separating the South Prong trail head from the North Prong trail head. Trail follows streams into canyon with numerous stream crossings, mostly dry though. Once into the canyon you hike over a ridge and come back out another canyon. The hike over the ridge is very steep on the south side. Trail is very scenic and not heavily used. There is no water.

Directions to Hike
The park is 3.5 miles north of State Highway 86 in Quitaque on FM 1065.
