Description
Nice, easy hiking along a well maintained trail. Follows Turkey Creek with plenty wildlife: beaver, pilleated woodpeckers, bobcat, boars. Two or three toilet areas along length at road crossings. Pitcher Plant Loop at 2.5 miles from northern terminus. Good for a night or two.

Directions to Hike
Northern terminus is 4 miles east of Warren, Tx. (south of Woodville on Hwy 69.) off of 1943. Southern Terminus is off of Hwy 69, south of Warren about 15 miles at the Kirby Nature Trail Center on the east side of 69 (look for sign to Kirby NTC.
