Description
This long hike is of moderate difficulty along the Big South Fork of the Cumberland River in the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. On this hike you will walk through many areas of laurel and rhododendron. Along the top of the plateau you will have several spectacular views.

There are many developed trails that you can combile with the Muir to make loop hiking possible. Water is very accesible throughout the park with only a few exceptions. All of the trails are well marked.

Directions to Hike
The Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area is located Northwest of Knoxville off of I-75 near Oneida. Call the park for the best directions.
