Description
This is a fairly rigorous day hike. The trail gains about 2000 feet of elevation over 5 miles. This is a one way trail and ends at the top of Big Frog Mountain. During the summer the top is often overgorwn with tall grass and weeds. There is a small, spring near the top about a tenth of a mile down the Licklog Trail.

Directions to Hike
From Cleveland, Tennesee take highway 64 towards the Ocoee River. Drive along the river, past the raft put in and across the bridge at Powerhouse #3. Follow this gravel road for a few miles and the trailhead will be on the left.
