Description
the trail follows a flume that was used to bring water from a local lake, to a gold town near by.decent terrain. fairly rocky, but no real steep inclines. one of the only problems was being so close to the highway you can hear all the cars.

Directions to Hike
heading south on highway 79 from rapid city, you will see rockerville after about 20 miles. shortly after rockerville, you will see a road on the right hand side and a sign that says storm mountain. take the right and about 300 yards up the road on the right side is the entrance to the trail.
