Description
You start at Oconee State Park. The trail is moderate to strenuous most of the way. There are many beautiful views along the trail. There are many stops along the trail, but the end is at Jones Gap State Park. The Foothills Trail is well worth hiking. The South Carolina foothills are beautiful.

Directions to Hike
Oconee State Park is located near Wallhalla, SC. You take exit #1 off of I-85 from Atlanta onto SC 11 toward Wallhalla. From Wallhalla take SC 28 from Wallhalla for 8-10 miles, turn onto SC 107, Oconee State Park will be 2 miles on your right.
