Description
This curvy and moderately challenging hike is a perfect spot for the 3 hour getaway. Located in Newberry, SC. The only drawback is the intertwining with the Palmetto Trail and the shortage of good trail markers. Perfect trail for mid spring to early summer.

Directions to Hike
From Exit 76 on I-26, near Newberry, drive toward Newberry on SC 219 to the intersection with US 76/SC 34. Turn left, and drive to the traffic light where SC 34 splits to the right. The entrance to Lynches Woods is at a large sign on the left.

Contact Information
Contact Newberry Soil and Water Conservation District, USDA Service Center, 719 Kendall Road, Newberry, SC 29108-1711. 803-276-1978 Ext. 3 or 1023
