Description
The Quebec Run Wild Area contains 4700 acres with 6 intersecting trails providing for a great variety of loop type hikes of varying lengths.there are many streams and springs in the area so there is plenty of water. Rankin trail along Quebec run is particularly beautiful. Excelent trail maps with topo are availible from the district forester.

Directions to Hike
From Uniontown PA take route 40 East to the top of Chestnut Ridge. Immediately after passing Mount Summit Inn turn right onto Seaton Road, following signs to "Laurel Caverns". Follow Seaton Road for 6.5 miles to intersection with Mud Pike. There is parking and a trail head forHess and Miller trails about 1.5 miles on Mud Pike
