Description
A three day hike of imposing vistas of mostly unpopulated forest land, cut by deep hollows. Some steep climbs, which are all rewarded with vistas of forested hills or creeks. Just north of here is the Pine Creek Gorge or Pa. Grand Canyon.

Directions to Hike
From I80 in central Pa. take Route 15 N. until reaching Rt.44 at Allenwood, continue N. on 44 to the Lycoming/Potter Co. line. Parking here. Maps available, a well marked trail.
