Description
Just did an overnighter to camp
7 from the trail head at the
south parking lot. No leaves on
the trees yet so there are many
nice views but I can see how
they will disappear as soon as
leaves come out.
Constantly up and down but
anyone in decent shape will be
fine. Contrary to what the map
says there is as of this
review, NO water at camp 7.
There in a non working pump
that looks as if it has been
a while since it has worked.
Camp 7 holds about 6 tents
at the most but looks as if
it is rarely crowded because
there is firewood to be had
everywhere. All in all a decent
trip.

Directions to Hike
From Cincinnati, take St.route
125 east. When you hit West
Union you are about 10 miles
from the trailhead which is
right on 125.
To hike to camp 1 park in the
front parking lot. To head for
camp 7 park in the upper lot.
