Description
Witchdance Trail is a horse trail but only used as such on Saturdays. Located in the Tombigbee National Forest off the Natchez Trace Parkway at mile marker 233. Two main loops make up a longer loop. The loop fartheat away is very nice as horses don't seem to make it out that far. Elavation ranges from 400 to a little over 500 so some fair hill climbs. The rest area at the Trace has facilities including water.

Directions to Hike
Two trail heads: The main one is at Withdance rest area off the Natchez Trace mile marker 233. The other is at the other end of the loop off Hwy 32 across from the Trace work center. A small county road intersects the loop near the middle so access is there as well.
