Description
Converted railway turned into a railway, with plenty of scenic riding and hiking for a days adventure. Mostly flat and fairly hard-packed ground that is kept up reasonably well. There are a plethora of side trails- some obvious, some not- that fork off of the trail. Notably is the clinton river and other minor streams that run along the trail that make camping or just visiting a treat for even an experienced packer looking for a versatile terrain. Although there are not alot of major hills and other technical areas, this trail continues to be one of my favorites.

Directions to Hike
Off of bloomer park in Rochester Hills, John R road and Avon road.
