Description
A railway turned trail connects two Detroit suburban cities together. One can hike the trail starting from Rochester up to Bald Mountain State Park which is about 10 miles. Since this is an easy flat trail in the suburbs, their are many people on day hikes, walking their dogs, ect..This is a great hike if one is visiting the area and has some extra time to spare.

Directions to Hike
From Detroit-Take I-75 north to Rochester Rd. Go north to Downtown Rochester.
