Description
Takes one up and down the foothills of Red River Gorge Geological Area. There are some steep climbs around. The Koomer Ridge area on both trails. It is an excellent trip for an overnight excursion. Grey's Arch is a wonderful natural land bridge. There are a lot of scenic overlooks along the trail.

Directions to Hike
From Lexington, Ky., take Interstate 64 East to Mountain Parkway. Go to Slade exitand head east on Kentucky 15. Drive past a couple stores and turn left on gravel road which take syou to Grey's Arch parking lot.
