Description
The Saddleback Lakes are above Redfish Lake in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. They are two good sized lakes that are off maintained trials. It is a good hike to get away from the crowds without having to hike that far.

Directions to Hike
You can take the Redfish Lake shuttle across the lake to the Redfish Transfer camp. This costs about six dollars. If you feel like hiking to the transfer camp you take the forst service trial along the west moraine of Redfish. From the tranfer camp you take the Redfish Lake Creek trail for approx. 2 miles until you hit the Bench Lake Creek. From there you head up the creek for a little more than a mile. There is a scarce trail in spots up the creek but for the most part you'll have to find your own route. I would definetly advise getting the topo. map for the area(Mt. Cramer Idaho)
