Description
This National Recreational Trail offers a view of the Apalachicola River, Confederate gun pits, bluffs and hardwood forests, all in rolling terrain unusual for Florida. Many species of plants found nowhere else in Florida are found here. The primitive camp sites are located near the river and are good for sighting wildlife.

Directions to Hike
Torreya State Park is located off S.R. 12, on C.R. 1641, 13 miles north of Bristol, FL.
