Description
Begin in parking lot and choose any of seven east/west trails. Blue and white are most challenging, but each offers beautiful scenery and a relaxing day hike, try the gorge after heavy rains from one of the north/south trails. Orange, white, violet, green, and yellow meet at other end of park for good loops, i.e. white there and violet back.

Directions to Hike
Take route 10 north from New Haven. Sleeping Giant is well-marked right turn across from Quinippiac University about ten miles from New Haven. You can also get off exit 10 from route 91 and head north on route 10.
