The most beautiful hike in America. It starts in Yosemite, and ends atop the highest point in the lower 48 - Mt Whitney. It passes throuth 3 National Parks, two USFS wilderness areas, and a National Monument. The Southern Terminus of the trail (atop Mt Whitney) is 11 miles from the trailhead
