Description
Nice hike into the Cucamonga Wilderness to Kelly Camp. 4.5 miles one way, 2800 ft. elevation gain. Wilderness permit required for day and overnight hiking. Steep hike up to the saddle where you can choose several interesting hiking options. Hike to Kelly camp and you are close to a ridge or two peaks that overlook Los Angeles (Pomona Valley) at over 8000 ft. Spectacular views on a clear day. Spring water is available at Kelly Camp. Good conditioning hike.

Directions to Hike
From Interstate 10 just east of Pomona, take Mountain Avenue north all the way up into the mountains. Trailhead parking is just to the right of the road 1.5 miles past Mt. Baldy Village.
