Description
Emigrant Wilderness start at crabtree trailhead with an immediate moderate accent,it is about 5 miles to camp lake on the way you pass through pretty meadows, once at camp lake you can camp or continue to bass lake and camp there. There is abundant water at both locations nice flora all around & you can set up camp and do day hikes to several places in Emigrant Wilderness.

Directions to Hike
From Intersate 99 take Hwy 108 east to sonora continue into miwuk village pick up permit at miwuk ranger station continue about 17 miles east on 108 to crabtree road, take this road all the way past aspen pack station to the crabtree trailhead parking lot.
