Description
Once the site of a road proposed to cut through the San Gabriel Mountains, this trail follows the East Fork of the San Gabriel River to a seemingly out of place highway bridge which spans the river at The Narrows. Keep your eye out for the herd of bighorn sheep that can be found just below The Bridge to Nowhere.

Directions to Hike
Drive to the end of the East Fork road. Park. Follow the fire road for .5 miles until the trail drops to the canyon floor and follows the river. There are red arrows painted on rocks on both sides of the various river crossings.
