    "Stayed here in 1997 - Great porch, water is down the trail quite a way as best I can remember."

    "i hiked smarts mountain in the summer of 2004 on one of my days off. the shelter looks good and is a good rural place to stay. good views off of smarts. i could see for several miles on a cloudy day and still have good days"
