"Shelter in good shape, but a bit too easy to get to. I stopped for lunch and found a crowd there for "wilderness" training. But they were nice, and happy to have a real backpacker to ply with questions.
Note - almost everything is uphill from here."
"The shelter is in a good location with good cover from wind and rain. Clear cold water is near by.
The shelter is small and will only house 6 people.
